How a beverage distributor expanded into 43 markets

By Verne Harnish

Nearly 20 years ago, Nicholas Dorion founded what is now known as World Brand Group in Guatemala. The company markets and distributes alcoholic beverages. It has since expanded throughout the Americas and into the Caribbean. As its growth has accelerated, the company has used the Scaling Up platform to get clear on its strategy and improve execution, with the help of Scaling Up Certified Coach Julio Anleu of Management Group. “Without this it would have been impossible to execute what we have been able to reach with the growth rate we have achieved,” says Dorion. Dorion shares his exciting growth story in this video.
